Very disappointed with Pet Sents groomer.
My Joe boxer loves going there to walk around and get a new toy
The store is clean the workers are almost always very nice and talkative. I like all the little cat toys and the plethora of pet things. Their bettas are healthy and beautiful!
Friendly service. Prices are comparable to other pet specific stores. If you also have a favorite pet food, let them know and they try to keep it on hand.
Have never had anyone spend more than 1- 1 1/2 with bath ,nails and teeth.
Nor very good. Dropped off toy, and miniature poodles for grooming at 8:00a.m. told would be ready at 2pm. Came back was still working on toy. Said had spent 4 hrs on miniature. NO WAY!
Then to top it off, had to trim the tufts off all over there bodies when I got home because she had missed spots all over both of them
They were a great deal of help with my preemie kitten giving me knowledgeable advice on care and what products to use! Also love going in and showing love to the kittens who await adoption
