Very good food and not bad on price. A person that works there named Zach(hope I spelled your name right) recommend me eat here since I have never ate here thanks for awesome recommendation.
The food is really good but a 2 star review goes solely to the drive thru staff. Each and every time we have drive thru ordered the girls are extremely rude, and act as if you should tip them for taking your order. Went tonight 11-5-17 and girl in glasses literally huffed and puffed and I asked for nothing extra. Staff inside is very friendly, not sure what happens at the window but it must be terrible....
Regular customers. Kids night on Mondays, kids eat free with an adult meal (1 kid meal per adult meal)
We each ordered the chicken salad sandwich. At the most there was 2 tablespoons on each sandwich, the tomato slices were thicker. Would get this when we would stop in, will not be back. Assistant manager stopped at table and said that's how they always are, he is wrong.He said, do you want a refund, we said yes, and then he saId just a coupon for another sandwich, nope, no more Zaxbys. Didn't finish the sandwich, really not into a tomato sandwich.
My first time here I had a few questions and the manager took his time to answer all my questions and was extremely nice, respectful, and patient since it took us a minute to order also they was going to close soon so most places would have been rude. OMG the food is WONDERFUL and u can get a signature salad of ur choice with a combo. Most Side Salad Really Is Just Lettuce and 1 cherry tomato lol. Not Zaxbys we loved it so much we went back for lunch the very next day.
