It took 10 minutes before our waitress took our drink order, another 10 minutes before she brought them back and took our order. Then we waited for an hour for our food and it still didn't come. The restaurant barely had any customers and the waitress as well as well as her boss were extremely rude. We finally just asked for our ticket for our drinks and left to go somewhere else. I'm so glad we did because the food was so much better than cracker barrel.
Now this Cracker Barrel in Murray Kentucky was top notch. My server Felix was on point for everything. It is not Uncommon for this Cracker Barrel to be very very busy yet my server Felix took the time to make sure that my food was prepared properly as he always does, not only with me but with the guest that he was service around me. My food was prepared with pride. I definitely can tell management did a proper job and training his staff from the cooks to the wait staff to the busman. Thank you very much I enjoyed my meal.
Went to shop for family games for Christmas. Staff was so accommodating with helping me choose and then storing my selections behind the counter while I found other items. At checkout I was given individual gift bags for each item. I love the atmosphere at Cracker Barrel and appreciate the great selections of truly unique gifts.
Wait staff was great. The food is good. Unfortunately, the manager didn't believe when I informed her that the pork chop had freezer burn. Oh well. Everything else was delish.
I love this Cracker Barrell! Service is always good and the timing is great. In and out quickly. The food is excellent every time.
