TERRIBLE. . ..NOT HONEST AND DEFINITELY NOT RELIABLE
I ORDERED FLOWERS ON MONDAY TO DELIVER ON WEDNESDAY MORNING NO LATER THEN 10 AM....

WAS TOLD THEY WERE WAITING ON THEIR FLOWER SHIPMENT.....I ASKED WHY I WASN'T CALLED . ..THE LADY DIDN'T HAVE ANYTHING TO SAY EXCEPT SHE WANTED TO GIVE ME FRESH FLOWERS. ..
AT 1030 THAT MORNING MY CREDIT CARD HADN'T BEEN CHARGED. ..SO I CALLED
I GOT UPSET. ...BECAUSE NOW IT IS TOO LATE TO DELIVER TO THE PERSON .. THEY HAD LEFT....
MY POINT. . INSTEAD OF BEING HONEST AND CALLING ME AND SAYING THEY DIDN'T HAVE ANY ROSES... WOULD I LIKE SOMETHING ELSE DELIVERED. ..THEY DON'T CALL....THEY MISS THE DELIVERY AND THEY TELL ME THEY ARE WAITING ON FRESH FLOWERS ONLY AFTER I CALLED THEM....AND THEY CANCEL THE ORDER, BECAUSE THEY DIDN'T LIKE MY UPSET ATTITUDE. .....NOT VERY HONEST, AND NOT DEPENDABLE
We too had incredible service from Ameila Ann's Florist. We live in Georgia, but were treated just like I was standing there! I would recommend this florist to anyone, local or long distance. They went the extra mile to make sure we were more than satisfied with their service. I can't wait to come to Murray and personally thank them for their service "above and beyond" ! Thank you again for making sure that our loved one received what we ordered. I won''t use anyone else in Murray but AMELIA ANN'S for my floral needs!
