They are very community oriented. The people that work there are always ready to help the customer in any way. The store is clean and well set up. I always enjoy going in even if only for my monthly bouquet of flowers.
This place is absolutely amazing!! The customer service goes above and beyond to help you. I was calling from a different state and not sure what I wanted, but needed to stay in a budget. Without judgement or even skipping a beat,she kindly started asking what she could do to help!! Not only was she incredibly helpful,kind,and patient..she made me wish I could reach through the phone and give her a hug for being so wonderful!! Thank you so much Festive Touch!!!
