The customer service people are exceptional. On the phone in Mayfield and personally here in the Murray office. Thank you for that. And the only reason WK&T doesn't get 5 stars is cost. Bills are a bit high for basic services. Cutting my 100$ cable bill out this month. And will still be paying 100/month for simple phone and 50 m internet. However, a benefit is, it is limitless.
very deceiving about the prices ,told me that since I already have the highest speed Internet they provide and theiron phone service that cable would be just $50 more about month but that was definitely a lie,the first month was $360 ,& $211 ever since bs for reruns
