I’ve been waiting for over an hour for 5 minutes worth of service. And one employee is just standing around the whole time. Bad business. Bad customer service. Avoid if at all possible.
Unlimited home internet is really only 1Tb of data according to manager here. Found that out the hard way. AT&T lied then billed me for their lie.

As with many stores and businesses in this area the customer service is seriously lacking. I was in queue, when the first rep came available he took his time and had a nice little chat with a co worker as he continued to make me wait. This lasted several minutes. I could tell he was far more interested in his position and his physical appearance than attending waiting customers. I dread this store and it's employees. In a previous experience a rep repeatedly slammed and dropped (on the table), my sons new phone we were having set up. But that is customer service in Murray, KY, because these people do not raise their children with decency, respect, ethics, social skills, kindness, or tact.
