Bottom line. If he filled it 3 days prior it would not have been empty without a leak. This company rented me a defective trencher, admitted it was defective when they said it was just filled but yet empty (obviously a leak). Still refused to refund money saying they did not know what was going on.
So don’t go here unless you want to waste two days of work time on bad equipment that looks like they got it out of a junk yard.
Rented a sander, got home and it didn’t work. Wasted a whole night of work time. Went in the morning and returned it for another. This one started sparking (also blew a breaker in the house.) Returned and got another one. This one the bolts kept falling out of, and sanded unevenly.
DANGER, KEEP AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY THEY WILL KEEP YOUR MONEY EVEN IF THEY TELL YOU THEY ARE IN THE WRONG!!!

As of now I have filed a dispute with my credit card company because the rented trencher was not able to be used.
If you are not smart enough to know that 6 gallons of fluid gone in 3 days means a leak that will damage your machine you should not be running a equipment rental store.
In the end he told me he did not know what was going on because he filled the fluid 3 days ago and it worked when I rented it so I would not be getting a refund.
Rented a Ditch Witch (trencher). It did not work when I got it home. I called them and explained it would not work under any load. They told me they would give me a refund if I brought it back. I live about 30 minutes away and could not get it back before they closed. Took it back the next morning and the salesmen who I think is the owner looked at it and told me the hydrolic fluid was extremely low. I told him that I noticed that when I got home and added 2 gallons. I showed him my receipt where I bought it and he asked what weight. I did not remember what weight it was. He then told me the fluid looked like mud. I explained that I did not know what was in there before I added fluid and I added 2 gallons that were new and cost me $14.00 each as the receipt from Lowes showed.
Fair pricing, they need more help inside. Slow service but friendly and helpful.
