It is the 4th of July, my family and I were about to watch the fireworks as we are sitting in the Hucks parking lot. There was a family behind us with a few kids, one of which fell in the parking lot and skinned her knee. One of the guardians of the child proceeded into Huck's and asked for a first aid kit just for a bandage and the gentleman behind the counter brushed them off ignoring them so they just went back outside. The child proceeded to cry, many people staring at them so a member of the family went back in to ask a second time for a first aid kit. Finally a kind woman who WASN'T EVEN ON THE CLOCK, found it for them, walked outside to the young girl and offers her help to the family.
We are about Halfway into the fireworks and my husband notices arguing in the background so we begin to turn around to see what it is. One of the "Night Managers" here at the Huck's location came outside, asked "What's the problem?" The family explained it wasn't a problem they just needed a bandage. The "Manager" then begins telling them that Huck's is NOT responsible for their children and they should have been watching them better and all of this other nonsense, the Mother of the family told the Manager that was rude of her to say that and deny a child a bandage and the so called "manager" went back inside and apparently called the Murray Police department because a few minutes later the Family was asked to leave the property for harassment and were told if they came back to this location they would all be arrested.
We will NOT be back.
This lady needs to be FIRED. People who treat others as animals should not be managers of public places. I am absolutely disgusted and feel so sorry for that family and those kids.
That Family did absolutely nothing wrong and were kicked off of the premises for ASKING FOR A FIRST AID KIT and calling a "Manager" rude for getting in their faces and ruining their night with their children.
I AM DISGUSTED BY THIS. SHAME ON THAT MANAGER. SHAME ON HUCKS. My family has been coming here for Years but we will NO longer be doing our business with Huck's. That manager was the most Unprofessional person I have ever seen in my entire life and she should be ashamed of herself.
