I went to the store twice for the same product the first time I’ve got the wrong one went back to exchange it and the personnel was very very rude. I have never been so humiliated in all my life
Ordered fireplace with thermostat blower. Was suppose to be delivered on a Sunday morning. Never made it that day after we waited all day for it. Called twice to get it delivered. Didn't want the oak color,just ordered it in cherry, I thought. Got it delivered Monday afternoon after several phone calls and then didn't have the blower and found out that Pleasant Hearth is rude and hung up on me. Different blower but same fireplace just made to pay more for the color and Lowe's did not tell me at time of purchase that it would not have blower and it would have to have a different blower at extra price. This has made me physically I'll. Noone I called understood that this was a ripoff. My disabled Veteran husband and I have spent a lot of money there but we wil, be shopping elsewhere! Not to mention that the salesman thought it was funny as I sat crying.
Had an awesome experience today. Much better than I could have expected! Everyone was EXTREMELY helpful!
