This is the best gym I've ever been a member of. In addition to being 24/7, it also has most training equipment that anyone could ask for. Whether you are interested in bodybuilding, powerlifting, strongman, or functional fitness, this gym has everything you need.
Downtown Dynabody is a fantastic gym. Whether you are interested in powerlifting, strongman, weightlifting, or general bodybuilding, this gym has everything. My husband and I love the 24/7 access to the gym. Beyond having a tremendous amount of free weights, the gym offers every possible class a person could want. So if you want an extremely nice, clean gym with every possible machine (including a monolift machine) and class, then this is the gym for you.
This is a great space with a great staff. Love the 24/7 access - makes working out a whole lot easier.
Sweet gym with 24 hr access! They have nice equipment for weight lifting, as well as, a punching bag and some unique "strongman" equipment. They also have an entire section for crossfit. Then, another area for classes which run everyday. Body sculpting with John at 6 (tues/thurs) is a great workout!
