Cory has the worst customer service. Every time I call he answers and asks if he can put you on hold, but doesn't give you time to say yes or no and puts you on hold regardless. I was on hold for over 8 minutes and kept calling back. So frustrating!!!
Great customer service! Went to the UPS store to download, print, complete an employee application, then scan it and email it. Cory was welcoming as soon as we walked in and helped me every step of the way. Although the store was busy at times, he took a moment to help and made sure I got it right. Thanks Cory, we'll be back for any and all of our office needs.
The worst customer service I have ever had from Cory, an employer in the store. My wife called to ask a question about a package we had just gave to them 30 minutes prior. He had a very bad attitude with my wife on the phone so I went back to the store and picked up my item and he proceeded to get rude with me. What a real smart ass this kid is. He needs to be fired. I have never left a bad review for any business before but this one deserves it. Good luck with you crappy business I will not return as long as Cory is employed there.
Rarely see a line and decent people work there.
