We rent from enterprise often. The employees at the murray location are always friendly and caring. If there is ever any problems theycwant to fix it and make it a better experience, and they want you to decide what can make it better. Ive heard them ask "what can we do to fix this situation for you?" ive been upgraded multiple times due to being a good customer if they do not have a car i need available. The only downfall to te murray location is they do not have enough staff. They are always behind on getting people checked in and out amd cars cleaned. I typically only see 1-2 people in this office. I feel its too busy for that.

Very convenient to have them here in Murray. The only car rental here. I'm a plus member and rent enough to see the savings. The customer service agents are usually exceptional. I've only had one rude girl and I haven't seen her since. I will return, the prices are great. Usually get a free upgrade. Customer service excellent, which is saying a lot considering the area in which I live.
The staff at Enterprise were welcoming and friendly! They had my car ready to go and made the check-in process very easy. I’d give Enterprise 5 stars, but the non-smoking car reeked of cigarette smoke, and by the time I reached my destination, my head was killing me and my throat was sore.
Overall great experience
They lie about the deposit, insurance, and you may get your back within a week.... They gave me a car that doesn't tell you at all how much gas you have after a certain amount. It just says low... and the insurance... They said it was $18... That's $18 a day if you didn't know. Completely unhappy. Oh btw they were 15 minutes late picking me up.
