I bought the SMOK: T-PRIV KIT a while ago (last month) and I was going to use it a couple of days ago when I noticed that it was dead. So, I charged it for about several hours and one battery was 100% full, while the other one was only on 3%. I tried unplugging it, turning it on and off, and moving the batteries around and the screen still kept flashing "low battery" and it just wouldn't let me use it.
I go to charge my mod box up, because the "low battery" flashes on the screen and I go to check on the process and it's not charging. Not at all. This obviously makes me upset because I spent $115 for this, plus $14 for the new battery added and it's STILL not working... AGAIN.
Everyone else reviewing this place either was too lazy to learn about their return policy (printed on receipts), or simply didn't take the time to get to know the employees. Vape Park is the best.
I would absolutely go here again and recommend to new and experiences vapers alike.
The next day, my mod box is working fine. I'm using it very little, mostly between some classes and all is well... until now.
The workers n the Manager are gr8 people. I moved here from Ohio trying to find a gr8 vape shop to call home lol, and after trying a dozen different ones i found this store. The workers are Amazing at their jobs n will take 45 mins helping u with a problem!! Thx guys keep up the Wonderful Jobs
When it first stopped working, I sent an email to the manufacturer support email and they sent me this email (it's attached to this review) that states that I can go back to Vape Paradise and get a replacement. Well, it turns out I CAN'T do that because they don't allow refunds or any of the sort. They won't do anything for the problems that they've caused me.
The next day, I call Vape Paradise, and tell them what's going on. This man tells me that my LED lights probably drained my battery, which I wasn't told prior to buying the device at their shop. I say "alright" and walk to their store so that he can check it out. Turns out, one of my batteries was completely dead. So, I buy a new one for about $14 (with MSU student discount) and walk happily back to my dorm, so that I can vape.
I'm from up North and this is the first time I've visited this shop. I loved it! Staff were overly friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I've never been to a vape shop that was so welcoming. I thoroughly enjoyed just hanging out and chatting with the workers about vaping and various things.
Great customer service with a knowledgeable staff. They have a pretty wide selection of devices, and a huge selection of juice. I started vaping at this shop, and they've been good to me ever since.
I spent so much money there and they didn't tell me about the device I was getting, or the fact that I can't even get a replacement. Overall, I'm very upset with this establishment and I can truly say that they're a rip-off and anyone who wants to spend money there, either go somewhere else or be super cautious.
